The Hp LaserJet 8150 Printer Is A Multi-Functional engine

The Hp LaserJet 8150 Printer is new on the shop and mass produced. It gives far more than a comparable sized printer as it can cope a large quantity of printing easily. It is not for a smaller business but larger workplaces will find its many functions make their work much easier. It uses the process of dry electrophotographic (Dep) technology, which enhances the printing process and its multifunction products (Mfps) make it more versatile.

The use of Java (Tm) applications is possible with the ChaiServer Embedded Virtual machine (Evm). Hp is one of the first to use this technology. Internet solutions are possible due to the imaging and printing technologies of the Hp LaserJet 8150. Customized internet applications can be used and the Evm technology is freely downloadable at the Hp's website.

Automatically seeing for and printing from internet websites is just one of the web-based services that the Evm technology allows. With the software embedded in the print server, the printer can be accessed straight through any browser. This can be used to re-configure printing instructions or passage reports. Remote supervision is allowed with the Hp Web JetAdmin software.

While large print jobs can often overload a printer, the 32 Mb of memory and 250 Mhz processor allow for simultaneous doing of many tasks. This multi-tasking quality is enhanced with the Hp FastRes 1200 technology and 1200 dpi printing ability. Monthly outputs of 150,000 pages are possible because of a printing capacity of 32 pages a minute.

If you are printing such large volumes, you will need the tray capacity that allows for up to 3,100 pages to be stored. A normal yield receiver takes 600 pages but can be increased to 2,600 pages. Projects can be printed and organized with the 3,000 sheet staplers and stacking attachments.

If you are seeing for a desktop printer the size and weight of this giant at 29.5" quadrate and 112 pounds will make it impossible. As a stand alone, it will need its own platform. Placing it centrally in a workspace makes it even more useful.

Connecting directly to the office router means that it needs no host computer. A faster Ethernet option will need an Hp Jetdirect Ei print server. Two Eio slots give more networking capacity and older hardware can be connected straight through an Ieee 1284 bi-directional parallel port. The untidy knot of networking cables can be avoided straight through using a wireless server.

Each customer can get exactly the options that they require. There are added features such as more memory, a Lanfax and a 3.2 Gb hard drive. There is an onsite 1 year warranty that comes with the container as well as all cables and a cartridge that will print 20,000 pages. A Cd-Rom with drivers, printing software and facility files comes with an facts container and user's guide.
